For your convenience, we have provided you with a checklist for your submission to make sure that you don't miss anything to qualify.

Each Song entry requires the following:

• One song (in English), 5 minutes or less (mp3, CD or cassette tape)
• Lyric Sheet
• One completed Mane Mission Songwriters Competition Application per song
• Application fee of $30.00 per song (check, money order, or credit card accepted)
• One signed Statement of Eligibility/recording rights/publicity per song
• I have read the Rules and Regulations as they pertain to this competition
  
  Please make sure that your songs are about Special People (retarded citizens), giving, or getting.
